Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Because our products are sourced from international suppliers, all orders ship from overseas. Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7–16 business days
• International: 15–30 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods, which are outside our control.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. Some international carriers may take longer to reflect updates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost or Delayed Packages
